Glowria's outputs are AI-generated aesthetic guidance for personal, informational and entertainment use. They are not medical, psychological, dermatological, surgical, dietary or clinical advice, are not a diagnosis or prognosis, and are not a rating of your worth, attractiveness, desirability or social value.
1. What the AI does
Glowria uses generative and analytical AI models to produce suggestions, projections, style ideas, coaching prompts and illustrative visuals from the inputs you provide (photos, goals, preferences). Outputs are probabilistic — the same input may produce different outputs.
2. What the AI is not
- Not a medical, dermatological, plastic-surgical, dental, psychiatric, psychological, dietary or clinical service.
- Not a diagnosis, treatment, cure, screening, prognosis or preventive tool.
- Not a substitute for a qualified professional.
- Not a decision-maker for cosmetic procedures, medical procedures, purchases, diets, training, relationships or safety-critical actions.
- Not a rating of your human worth, attractiveness, desirability, status or identity.
3. Known limitations
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, culturally narrow, outdated or contradictory.
- "Future you" and transformation projections are illustrative possibilities, not predictions.
- Confidence indicators, ranges and safety flags are part of the output — treat them as instructions to slow down, not decorative labels.
- Sensitive modules (attraction, first-impression, body-composition, ageing) can be emotionally impactful; use "soft mode" and privacy settings, and stop if content causes distress.
4. Your responsibilities
- Do not upload photos of other people without their informed, verifiable consent, and never of minors.
- Do not use outputs to rank, compare, shame, harass or discriminate against anyone.
- Do not act on any output without independent professional advice where the decision has medical, surgical, pharmacological, psychological, financial or safety consequences.
- If you experience distress, stop using the module, use the safety resources shown in-app, and consult a qualified professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
5. Interaction with the Terms of Service
This Disclaimer is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. The disclaimers, assumption-of-risk, limitation-of-liability and dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms apply to your use of AI outputs. Where the Terms and this Disclaimer overlap, the stricter safety language prevails.
